How much weight can I expect to lose in 21 days?
You can expect to lose 9-14 pounds with the average weight loss being 9.5 pounds in 21 days. You will be required to weigh in daily with the scanner we provide you.
Will I have to weigh every single thing I eat?
No. You will only weigh about 35% of your meals. You may also use a measuring cup.
I don't cook much, I mostly eat at restaurants. Can I do this program?
Yes. You can do this program even if you do not cook.
Will I have to workout?
Your first week you will do no workouts. Week 2 you may begin walking. 30 min at home workouts are included in this program and highly effective.
What kind of meal plan is it? I get bored quick.
We'll plan meals on the phone and include current food and restaurants. Everything you currently eat, you'll be able to eat on this program - including candy. Meals will change daily and at the end of the week. We will be texting through the day.
What if I need changes to my meal plan?
You can change your meal plan through the app or message me directly for custom recommendations for lunch, dinner etc. We will plan meals twice per week. Transparency is key
How am I going to lose weight if I am eating the same food I am eating now?
Right now, your meals are not structured. You eat until you get full and you're not counting your calories. I will make sure the food fits into your calories and macros instead of going by "good food and bad food."
I snack at work and eat a lot of random candy. Can I still do this program?
Yep. Candy, chips and junk food will be on your plan. I would rather have it on your plan and you decide not to eat it, opposed to not planning and you eat it anyway.
Is alcohol allowed on the program?
Yes. You may have alcohol.
What about cheat meals?
You have (3) free meals to use per week OR you can have (1) free day to yourself. If you have a free meal I still provide you with other meals on that day. 

Who is this program NOT for?

  • Women who are afraid to weigh in 4x per week.
  • Women who do not communicate via text well. 
  • ​Women who do not have a food scale.
  • ​Women who don't want to weigh 30% of their food.
  • ​Women who do not take at least 6,000 steps per day.
  • ​Women who do not want to take pictures of their food.
